Horst Bruning, PhD [1948 – 2022], Founder
He enjoyed the combination of technology and mobility in space, having experienced work in Germany, the USA, and Italy. In his time he worked in academic research at CERN, engineering at Siemens, and then startup management in California. Transitioning from physics to medical and veterinary imaging, his primary focus was collaborating with veterinarians, understanding their needs, and inspiring the engineering team to develop enthusiasm for outstanding solutions. Running Animage was a daily pleasure.
Under his guidance the team always took pride in providing veterinary practices and clinics with the latest in X-ray imaging, assisting in safe diagnoses and contributing to the health and happiness of pets.
